Key Stage 4 Options 2026

Introduction

In addition to core subjects and programmes required by the National Curriculum for Key Stage 4, your child will sit a GCSE in RE, have one hour of Personal Development and Core PE lessons weekly, and choose other GCSEs from a range of subjects. 

For Year 10 beginning their Key Stage 4 journey in September 2026, these subjects are: History, Geography, Panjabi, Spanish, Art, PE, Business Studies, and Computer Science, along with BTECs in Digital Information Technology, Health and Social Care, and Enterprise. 

Students beginning their Key Stage 4 journey in September 2027 (current Year 8) will have their options published in January 2027.
