Student Leadership

Our student leadership team is at the heart of our school. In Key Stage 3 and 4, students are led through a democratic process for various positions of responsibility including:

  • Form Representative
  • Charity Representative
  • Seva Champion
  • Sports Representative
  • Wellbeing Champion

Each role comes with a formalised job description, and in some cases, training to fulfil the role is also provided as well as the continued support of form tutors, heads of year and SLT.

In Sixth Form, the student leadership team reflects the school’s senior leadership. To secure these roles, students have to go through a rigorous application and interview process. We believe that this is important to develop their competence and confidence in life after education. Each member of the team spearheads whole school projects in collaboration with members of staff and pupils across the school. This allows them to influence the direction of the school, explore what’s important to them within our community and enhance their employability skills.

We are delighted to announce that the senior student leadership team for this academic year is as follows:

    • Head Students – Baghael Singh Bal and Tanisha Gadher
    • Senior Deputy Head Students – Muskan Sharma and Krish Dua
    • Deputy Head Students – Amar Kullar, Anmolpreet Kaur and Nawal Ahmed
    • Prefect across the school – Mitual Sharma
