Karenjeet Kaur Bains, Commonwealth Powerlifting Champion winner of 3 Gold and 2 silver medals will be visiting PSA on Friday 13 January. Karenjeet will be delivering a motivational talk to our Year 11 and 13 students, as well as delivering a practical lesson to our PE GCSE Year 10 and 11 students. After school, 3-4pm Karenjeet will also be running a session for parents, “How to build confidence and motivate your child”.
